Value-adding strategies in commercial property

When many investors consider the topic of value-adding, they will typically envision a refurbishment or property redevelopment. However, there are actually a myriad of ways in which fund managers and commercial investors can enhance the value of their commercial property portfolio,  from adjustments to the tenancy mix to a complete reevaluation of rates and utilities.  In the first of our MPF video series, our Commercial Asset Manager, Alex Lambert, joins Key Relationships Manager, Brad Dunn, to discuss the topic of value-adding in commercial property, as well as some of the key factors we consider as fund managers when selecting a property with value-add potential.
